Front Desk Supervisor (Full time/hourly)
The Supervisor reports to and assists the Front Office Manager in effectively carrying out the objectives of the department. Must be able to pay extremely close attention to detail, as well as understand the functions of auditing. Needs to supervise and assist with check-in and check-out of hotel guests and managing in-house groups. The Supervisor will also serve as Manager on Duty. Manager on Duty responsibilities include supervising the staff while assisting other departments throughout the hotel including security staff, ensuring safety and security for our guests and employees during their shift. The Front Desk Supervisor must be flexible, accommodating, warm, friendly, and professional at all times.
Front Desk Agent (Full time/Hourly)
We are currently seeking a Full time Guest Service Agent with a positive friendly attitude and a strong customer service background. The person will be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they leave. Duties will include greeting guests at check-in, fulfilling their requests during their stay, answering phones, making reservations, maintaining a good balance of their cash drawer and other duties as assigned. This position requires flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays.
Room Attendant (Full Time/Hourly)
Assist with the overall operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments. Help maintain an overall cleanliness of the hotel, pass inspection of rooms and be able to complete the hotel standard cleanliness of at least 17 rooms per day. You need to have a strong track of record of consistency and attention to detail.
Bellman/driver (Full time/Hourly)
Transport hotel guests to and from the airport. Assist arriving and departing guests by: opening and closing doors for incoming and outgoing guests, loading and unloading guest luggage from courtesy van. Assist guest with luggage, directions, and/or taxi arrangements. All tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
Dishwasher (part time/Hourly)
Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guest’ dining experience. Restock all dishes and utensils as they are cleaned. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings.
Housekeeping Houseman (Full time/Hourly)
Clean and maintain all corridors and public areas in accordance with all housekeeping procedures and standards and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with the overall operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments. Help maintain an overall cleanliness of the hotel, pass inspection of rooms and be able to complete the hotel standard cleanliness of rooms daily. You need to have a strong track of record of consistency and attention to detail.
Engineer / Maintenance (Full time/Hourly)
Carry a portable radio, staying in constant communication with the central base station, respond to all engineering service calls, giving priority to guest requests, and maintain hotel equipment in an efficient, safe, accident-free manner.
Host(ess) Part time / Hourly)
Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations and assists food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Banquet Server On Call / Hourly)
Service of food and/or beverages during banquet functions. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.
